I have been dreaming up this styled shoot for more than a year. The concept for this shoot was to put together a dream team of vendors who owned small businesses. I wanted to showcase people I've seen work beautifully and work hard and deserved to have their craft displayed well.
The team and their work was and still is humbling. The way the vision for a kinfolk-inspired winter wedding shoot came together was nothing short of miraculous. The navy and copper tones played into the warmth needed to make the day feel cozy despite the fact the wind was gusting at 40mph and the rain was pounding outside. The brunch theme created the feeling of fspending the day together, without a rush, not to mention brunch food is the absolute best, hence the spin on a wedding cake made of cinnamon rolls from Midori Bakery.
